Retrieval is the first step of posting an insurance payment: someone has to log in to each payer’s portal, get past two-factor authentication and download the statement. In most offices that is a staff member, every day, for every payer.
Sai does it the way staff do, in the browser. After retrieval it reads every claim line against the fee schedule and plan rules, posts the payment and write-off in the practice software, and reconciles against the bank deposit.
