Business associate agreement
A business associate agreement (BAA) is available to every office that works with us. Amalgamate Technologies and Simular both sign it.
SOC 2 Type II
Sai for Dentists has a SOC 2 Type II report, the independent audit of how a service provider protects customer data over time. The report covers the product as delivered by Simular and Amalgamate Technologies.
HIPAA
Sai for Dentists has achieved HIPAA compliance for the protected health information it handles on an office’s behalf.
What Sai has access to
Sai runs on a dedicated computer in your office. During setup you give it the payer portal logins and practice management access it needs to retrieve EOBs, post insurance payments and reconcile deposits. It does not contact patients.
